How a room runs
- A facilitator presents the Room.
- Participants read and respond privately.
- Each person names the patterns they see and chooses a move.
- Individual answers stay private.
- The facilitator closes the read.
- The group sees only the aggregate reveal.
- The team debriefs the difference in interpretation.
- An optional second read, if it helps.
- Close the Room and produce the aggregate Room Report.
No scores, no ranking, no names attached to answers. The facilitator sees the room, never the reader.
